Life-Skills Project “Brain Health”

Understanding how to care for our brains is just as important as any academic lesson. That’s why class 2FSB embarked on an exciting journey exploring health literacy and the secrets to maintaining a healthy brain. Over the past few weeks, our enthusiastic students have learned about the various factors that contribute to brain health and how we can incorporate them into our daily lives.
Throughout the project, students discovered the benefits of healthy brain snacks, such as nuts, fruit, and veggies, which fuel our minds for better learning and focus. So, the grand finale of the project was a healthy brain brunch. Students prepared a variety of delicious and nutritious snacks for one another.
This project not only empowered our students with essential knowledge about health and wellness but also fostered teamwork and a love for healthy living. We are proud of class 2FSB for their hard work and dedication to promoting health literacy.
